SignUp for Simalytic ServicesWelcome to the automated sign-up process. We use the PayPal secure credit card payment service to provide you with the highest degree of protection. We never see your credit card number or other billing information and the entire transaction is done using the PayPal secure web server. If you are not a PayPal member, it is very quick and easy to set up an account (and it's free!). Once you have a membership account, you can use the same account anywhere PayPal is accepted. Please contact us if you have any question about the services or problems placing an order. If you prefer, we will accept either a personal or company check, but this will delay setting up the account. We do not accept company purchase orders and we cannot invoice for the services. One of our objectives is to provide the services as inexpensivelly and simply as possible, so we cannot support a complex billing process.
These Simalytic Services are available:Standard Response Time Pipe Service: $1,500.00/year for 3 users.Introductory Response Time Pipe Service: $999.00/first year for 1 user. CMG Special Response Time Pipe Service: $500.00/first year for 1 user (CMG member). Account Set-up Information: Important information to avoid account set-up delays. Standard Response Time Pipe ServiceThe Standard Response Time Pipe Service supports three (3) concurrent users (each will be given a unique log-in account). The subscription price for this service is $1,500.00/year (please read the Privacy Statement and Terms and Conditions of Use).Introductory Response Time Pipe ServiceThe Introductory Response Time Pipe Service supports one (1) user (who will be given a unique log-in account). The subscription price for this service is $999.00/year for the first year (please read the Privacy Statement and Terms and Conditions of Use). This introductory offering is currently available to anyone, but for a limited time.CMG Special Response Time Pipe ServiceThe CMG Special Response Time Pipe Service supports one (1) user (who will be given a unique log-in account). The subscription price for this service is $500.00/year for the first year (please read the Privacy Statement and Terms and Conditions of Use). This introductory offering is available to anyone who visited our booth at the CMG 2001 Conference and gave us your contact information. This special price will be available for a short time after the conference to CMG members (you must provide your CMG membership number).Account Set-up Information:Please include the name of your company, as you would like it to appear on your customized reports web page, in the comments field when you place the order with PayPal. We also require your email address and daytime phone number. Please include these in the comment area. If you do not provide both your email address and phone number, we will be able to contact you only through the email address that is in your PayPal profile, which can delay account creation. The user-id for the first account will be generated from your last name, then first name, then telephone number (if required for uniqueness). Please include instructions for a different user-id, and for additional user-ids (including email addresses and phone numbers) if ordering the Standard offering. The Company Account log-in name and password and your log-in name and password will be sent to you via email. Additional log-in account information will be emailed to those individuals if the information is supplied, otherwise we will contact you to set up those log-in accounts.
